Getting access to the right IT operations data at the right time is key in helping gain insight into z Systems operations. In this session, you'll find out how you can use IBM Common Data Provider for z Systems as a single collection point for access to near real-time Z IT Operations data, including IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS, both for IBM offerings and for third-party analytics tools such as Splunk and ELK.

  • Domenico D’Alterio is the IBM Offering Manager focused on IBM z IT Operational Analytics products (including IBM Common Data Provider for z Systems). He is responsible for product direction and market success of IBM Common Data Provider for z Systems, Tivoli Asset Discovery for z/OS and Tivoli Decision Support for z/OS as well as contributing to the product strategy for IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS product. Prior to his current role, Domenico covered different managerial positions in IBM Development and Customer support organization. Domenico joined IBM in 1999. Starting as designer, moved to a managerial role in 2006, acting as Development and Customer Support manager in the former Tivoli division of IBM. He graduated in Electronic Engineering, in Italy.
