GSE have negotiated special room rates with the hotel for the conference and have the entire hotel reserved for us on the Tuesday night as well as the Whittlebury Park Annex.
If you request hotel room(s) as part of your conference registration GSE will reserve them with the hotel on your behalf. Please note that you cannot book rooms directly with the hotel for the period of the conference; instead you can make a reservation request as part of your conference registration (see the Registration link above ). Rooms can be reserved through us for the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Note that all hotel bookings are between you and the hotel; GSE will make the reservation for you and send you a confirmation but will take no payment. You will need to pay the hotel on checkout as with any normal booking and should you fail to turn up without prior notification you will be responsible for any charges the hotel may make.
If you should need to cancel or change your hotel booking for any reason you can do this in "My GSE" up until a week before the conference. After that please contact GSE Conference Admin, firstname.lastname@example.org (or see Contacts above) and we will liaise with the hotel on your behalf. If you phone the hotel directly they will probably not be able to help as the rooming list details are held by us.

|Whittlebury Park Annexe - Single occupancy only||£96.90|
All rooms in Whittlebury Hall are double rooms and you can select double, twin or single occupancy.
All the rooms in the Whittlebury Park Annex are single rooms. The Annex is a 41 bedroom building a short walk from the main hotel; breakfast is served in the main hotel with all the other delegates.
