The SMurF are EXCELling

Presentation

Hints and tips on how to use SMF data and EXCEL to dive into the vast amounts data that is gathered in your Db2 shop.  There are many vendor performance monitoring and analysis tools available, but this seminar will demonstrate how just having a performance database and some basic EXCEL skills in your kitbag can help you quickly identify issues, trends and tuning opportunities.  As well as problem diagnosis and resolution, with just a little bit of effort you’ll be producing the KPI charts and graphs that we know management love.
