Every day, Mainframe Storage Administrators deal with heterogenous environments from multiple vendors. CA Vantage Storage Resource Manager helps storage administrators monitor the state and capabilities of their large storage environment. Additionally, automation using the provided data is a second strong ability of this product. This presentation shows how the Web Client is transforming the everyday work of storage administrators and reporting. The Web Client’s new graphing feature visualizes storage data in real-time, faster, clearer and smarter than ever before. Vantage provides new features that enable access through a REST API which brings many opportunities to use Vantage even smarter than in the past, like the configuration of multiple LPARs and more.
