  • Aleh Lapushanski has been working at IBA Group for more than 12 years, mainly in the field of business application support. He started his career in 2006 as a software developer engaged in application development and support. Eventually, he was promoted to the position of Technical Team Leader and Project Manager responsible for a suite of business applications that run on z/OS servers and use different products, including IMS, DB2, MQ Series, and TWSz. In the last 18 months, he has been working as Product Manager for APPULSE, a centralized support platform for L1 and L2 support levels.
