Passing the Db2 technical interview

(6O)

Stream: Virtual Room 6
Time: 12:00 - 13:00

Presentation

This presentation will focus on topics and questions for an intermediate level Db2 technical interview, taken from the experience of interviewing Db2 candidates around the world. If you're beginning your Db2 journey or curious to see what topics you would need to know to broaden your scope and learn some ways into how Db2 interacts with other parts of z/OS, or if you're looking to join as a Db2 professional in a different company, this presentation will give you a good technical perspective.

Objectives of this presentation:

1. The audience will learn about the Db2 intermediate-advanced persona and what separates them from the junior and early intermediate levels.

2. The audience will learn ways in which Db2 can interact with other components in z/OS. Be it on SMS, WLM, and more.

3. The entry level Db2 audience will grasp the idea of how the next level Db2 technical interview would be, and be prepared for it.
