In this session you will get an overview on Z ChatOps including a demo.

IBM Z ChatOps enables seamless interaction with IBM Z through enterprise chat platforms such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.

On top of that we will explore some exciting new features that enable embedding a chatbot window in any web user interface and to surface Kafka events as incidents in Z ChatOps.

  • Wolfgang Schaeberle is a senior product manager at IBM focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the IBM Z AIOps area.  He is the IBM product manager for IBM Z Workload Scheduler, IBM Z Service Automation Suite, IBM Z ChatOps, and IBM Service Management Unite. Prior to his current role, Wolfgang has been the technical leader for IBM Service Management Unite. He has worked in multiple disciplines of Systems Management, especially automated operations, business resilience and performance management. In addition, he has a strong background in user experience design as well as application development.
