Upgrading IzWS

(9M)

Stream: Virtual Room 9
Time: 09:00 - 10:00

Presentation

IzWS 9.3 went "Out of Support" September 2023. Many users were still using that version (even some older versions) and decided to upgrade to the latest version, 10.1 but found the manuals and the technotes complicated, contradictory and even wrong.

After helping several customers and chatting to Level 2 support and the lab, there are documentation changes in the works. Until those are available, here is a session explaining exactly what is going on during an upgrade, how to be sure you do not lose events and, generally providing a process to follow.
