Ben Thompson works for IBM as Chief Architect for App Connect Enterprise (previously IBM Integration Bus / WebSphere Message Broker). Based at IBM's Hursley software development lab in the UK, he is responsible for setting the technical and functional direction of the product, and driving external client and business partner relationships.
