Most mainframe terms are foreign to those outside the mainframe community. The goal of the session is to take on many of the complex terms and concepts and make them easier to understand and relate to. The intended audience is one that has relatively recently become involved with mainframe systems, has heard some of the mainframe jargon, and is interested in gaining a better understanding of what all those acronyms and terms mean.
