Storage performance with zHyperlink

(DK)

Stream: Storage Management
Time: 10:45 - 11:45

Presentation

The z14 is the most scalable enterprise server on the planet and processes massive volumes of critical business transactions for the worlds most well known corporations. Building analytics and cognitive capabilities on top of this data further increases the requirements for high performance and low latency access. This session will discuss the latest enhancements in IBM Systems technology to reduce latency and increase throughput and performance for Z14 and the DS8880. New enhancements in VSAM and VSAM RLS to exploit zHyperlink have also recently been made available. Learn more about these enhancements and the performance you can expect to gain with this new exploitation.
