Executive Vice President and Distinguished Analyst at Everest Group BCSWomen Chair and founder of AI Accelerator Sarah Burnett is an Executive Vice President and Distinguished Analyst at Everest Group with global responsibility for the company’s Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) research program. As part of this, she researches and advises clients on digital and automation technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and global service provider’s capabilities in these fields, best strategies for adopting and best practice in implementing them. Sarah is chair of BCSWomen, the women’s group of the British Chartered Institute for IT (BCS), and founder of AI Accelerator, a programme of free AI events, seminars and webcasts by experts, to inform and educate participants. In 2018, AI Accelerator was a finalist in Equals in Tech awards. The award was set up by UN Women, ITU and other partners to encourage more women into the field of technology. Sarah is one of Computer Weekly’s 50 most influential women in UK IT (2016 – 2019), AI Leader finalist by Information Age in 2018 and Digital Leaders’ Champion for the UK South East 2017.
