Presentation

A recent study (by Cybersecurity Insiders) reveals that 90% of organizations feel vulnerable to insider attacks, with over half of surveyed organizations confirming an insider attack occurred in the previous 12 months. Cybersecurity professionals identify 3 major factors contributing to the growth of insider threats:  too many users with excessive access privileges, proliferation of devices used to access sensitive data, and the increasing complexity of information technology. Since device usage and information technology complexity will certainly continue to rise, organizations must focus on implementing tighter access controls for sensitive data. Join Broadcom to discover how security intelligence can help you protect against insider threats by clearly identifying high-risk security issues within the mainframe and providing concrete, actionable recommendations to reduce exposure and risk. Looking beyond diagnosis and treatment recommendations, we’ll also explore how user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA), which leverages machine learning to discover security anomalies, will be used to effectively block cyberattacks.
