The biggest challenge facing agile adoption is the “misalignment between organizational culture and Agile values”.
In other words, Agile adoption is possible only in an “Agile friendly” culture.
Per mainframe engineers comments: Mainframe world is so far from "vanilla" Agile.
Using particular examples from her z development experience,
Yuliya will share her learnings about "real" Agile and the  key components of an Agile culture in mainframe
organizations. She will also present a pragramatic and effective models,
approaches and agile frameworks that you can use to act as the engine for the required cultural change in your own organizations. She is going to share hints and tips of effective development from her own experience.
