Roberto Pacheco is Presales Engineer at ZETALY. He has a long and strong experience with mainframes for over 20 years and actively contributes to bring the mainframe into the 21st century. During his career and through his different roles, customer, developer, consultant, presales…, Roberto was able to circle most of the facets of the z/OS environment and focused his interest on application performance. Starting his career as System Programmer at one of the largest banks in Brazil, he has developed software for tape management system, IO optimization and performance analysis. As expert and consultant, Roberto has assisted many companies in the world to have a better understanding of their mainframe environments, promoting operational analytics with artificial intelligence to identify and resolve problems faster than usual. In his spare time, Roberto loves to spend time with his family and to ride his motorcycle.
