Session Description: Learn how IBM Service Management Unite (SMU), a customizable set of web-dashboards, enables a faster problem determination and resolution, spanning over different domains and providing the basis for further collaboration among the different teams in IT Operations through ChatOps. Learn what's new in the latest release V1.1.8 of SMU and learn about the new Z ChatOps component that is a brand new addition to the following offerings:

  • IBM Z Service Management Suite 1.7,
  • IBM Z Service Automation Suite 1.3, and
  • IBM Z Monitoring Suite 1.2
  • IBM Z System Automation V 4.2.0.2
