Wolfgang Schaeberle is an IBM Offering Manager focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the IBM Z Service Management area.  Prior to his current role, Wolfgang has been the technical leader for IBM Service Management Unite. He has worked in multiple disciplines of Systems Management, especially automated operations, business resilience and performance management. In addition, he has a strong background in user experience design as well as application development.
