Impostor Syndrome is when you quietly suspect that you’re not quite as good as everyone believes you are.

Others see your polished exterior and competent work, and think you’re highly capable.

But you can feel a bit of a fraud. You know that sometimes you feel in over your head. You know that a simple email took you twenty minutes and multiple rewrites. And you know how you carefully angled your camera so everyone wouldn’t see the dirty tea cups strewn about the office, or the place over the radiator where the wallpaper is peeling.

In short, you feel like an impostor.

Interestingly, Impostor Syndrome is often found among people who are more senior and who are more capable.

When we’re working mostly from home, Impostor Syndrome can become more intense. After all, we’re seeing everyone’s completed work, and primped visage. It’s not like in the office, where we get to see them lose their cool, make mistakes, and get caught in the rain.

In this session, participants get the reassurance of finding out how common Impostor Syndrome is. They learn what causes it, and how they can deal with it. And, of course, you'll have fun.
