Automation is critical to modern IT operations, and automating workload is no exception. As enterprises become more complex with workload running on multiple platforms, using multiple schedulers, this makes it extremely difficult to create an end to end view of the workload health and outcomes. This session discusses automation intelligence and how collecting and combining the data, and using analysis, can predict outcomes, identify problems as the develop, provide prescriptive suggestion to resolve developing problems quickly, and dramatically lower the occurrence of SLA breaches.

He represents the voice of the customer and is keen to constantly position ESP to help our customers around the globe build, maintain, and control the workload automation that supports the needs of their business. In his spare time Daniel works on research in the area of scaled agile software development, hoping to be awarded his Phd title in the “near” future.
