The request is issued via email or ticket and IT Ops manually inserts an occurrence into the CP. This critical and time-consuming work can easily lead to errors with devastating effects on the workload:
incorrect or missing dependencies set, wrong operations set to DUMMY workstation etc.
With ProcMan the adhoc workload can be made more secure:
