An international company with data centers in multiple countries across the world has many challenges. Many companies struggle with how to get started. There are so many possible attack vectors, so many possible starting points, it can be daunting to figure out how to get started. How do I pick projects that will not only be successful, but make an impression on the business? This session will detail how one International Bank attacked this problem, starting their journey to simplify management of their z/OS environment to position themselves to delight their development customers.
