Frank is the editor of Cheryl Watson's Tuning Letter, and also consults on sysplex, availability, and performance issues, and teaches software pricing workshops with Cheryl. Prior to joining Watson & Walker in 2014, Frank worked in the IBM Redbooks organization, where he was responsible for sysplex Redbooks and ITSO workshops.
