In this follow-on session to Introduction to z/OS Container Extensions, we take a deeper dive in into the planning and actual deployment of one or more z/OS Container Extensions appliance instances on the z/OS system. We will walk through deploying one using the zCX z/OSMF provisioning workflow. We will also discuss zCX appliance instance life cycle management using zCX z/OSMF workflows and z/OS operator commands.
