All of the old with all of the new ! The goal of the Zowe project is to make the mainframe open, simple and familiar. Doing so will allow the existing generaiton of system programmers and developers to transition their stewardship of the platform to folks coming up who are used to more modern tools and devops practices such as CICD, automated testing, modern languages and more. This talk will show how Zowe achieves this through its core components as well as allows vendors to participate through its extension APIs
