John has 30 years of experience in software development spanning engineering, product management and customer relations in the support organization as Head of Sustaining Engineering. He is currently a Product Owner in the Mainframe Software Division of Broadcom translating customer business requirements to engineering teams. John speaks at industry conferences including CA World, IBM Think, SHARE, GSE, and The Vanguard Security Conference. He also currently serves as a volunteer at SHARE.org in the Security and Compliance Project.. John resides in the Chicago, IL area where he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and sampling craft beers when time permits.
