Claire Connor Mainframe and IBM i Solution Architect Claire is a Mainframe and IBM i Solution Architect, influencing strategic and tactical decisions throughout the business. Focusing on driving value for her clients through efficiencies and modernisation. She joined Ensono in February 2020 following 7 years with IBM.

Graduated in Computer Science in 1990, has worked with mainframes ever since, as a programmer, systems programmer, consultant, database administrator, production support hero, production support villain, management piñata, and now lead product developer for BMC Software. He holds an MBCS, CEng, CITP, and more often than not, a glass of wine. He is a STEM Ambassador, and can sometimes be found in Welsh-speaking junior schools, leading Code Clubs and thrilling the next generation at the prospect of technology as a career.
Through 30 years, 2 companies and 8 career changes, two things have remained constant in Misty Decker’s career: mainframes and a passion for helping people. Misty spent most of her career at IBM leading in roles such as system administrator, project management, customer satisfaction, HW development manager and academic outreach. She currently is a Product Marketing Director at Micro Focus helping companies learn how to modernize their existing mainframe applications with concepts such as DevOps, microservices and cloud.
