Advancements are being made through automated collection of compliant relevant information from important areas of Z and LinuxONE. Validations against industry leading regulations can now be reported in a browser based modernized compliance solution.
With IBM z16 / z15 we are introducing the IBM Z Security and Compliance Center and the product team will provide an overview and demo of the solution.
Michael Zagorski has over 20 years’ experience with IBM and is currently an Offering Manager in IBM Security division with a focus on IBM Z. He is responsible for IBM’s zSecure Suite including Multi-Factor Authentication for z/OS and has held several management positions in z/OS security development and IBM Z software delivery. In addition to his management experience, he has held positions in development, test and business operations. He holds Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and Management from SUNY Binghamton and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute respectively.
Pradeep Parameshwaran is the Chief Architect for Security & Compliance on IBM zSystems & LinuxONE. Currently he leads a global team of developers working on compliance aspects on IBM zSystems and owns the Product Design and Architecture of IBM Z SCC.Previously Pradeep was a Security Architect with Hyper Protect Services on IBM Cloud. He started is career at IBM as Software developer for z/VM. He is regular speaker at conferences and various client events.
