Either by using the current tools they have available to them such as Microsoft Excel or more elaborated ones based on the web environment, this session will demystify the usage of visualization tools.
I play two roles in the product development lifecycle. A strategic one, where I am in close partnership with product management on key initiatives like conducting user studies, validation sessions and establishing the product's roadmap. The other role I play regards tactical activities where I work in coordination with other the Product Owner, Developers and other Designers on refining concepts with wireframes and clickable prototypes, IA diagrams and workflows, usability tests and other assets to ensure plans are validated and ready in the backlog.
