In this interactive session we will be asking you what pain points you hit when developing CICS applications so that we can build a plan for the future of CICS application development.

Stew Francis is a software engineer working at IBM. He’s the architect for CICS Explorer and technical lead for CICS’s developer experience initiatives. He likes making things, which has lead to him developing a beer brewing hobby whilst being stuck at home. He’s not poisoned himself yet.
