(OA)

Stream: Wellington B
Time: 10:45 - 11:45

Presentation

IT overall is heavily male dominated. The mature nature of the mainframe workforce means the mainframe world is even more male dominated.

Two female mainframers, young and old, discuss the challenges and opportunities this brings while working in software development. The issues explored are particularly relevant to the hybrid working model being pursued within IT since the pandemic.
