People are always looking for ways to make a positive impact, to be useful to the community, to get noticed for the job well done and be appreciated. You may not think about it consciously, but it drives most of our actions at work. Excelling at job function is usually not enough to stand out and reach these goals. Missing from the equation are really powerful behaviors that can help you truly stand out. In this panel discussion, we would like to share our experiences and highlight the approaches we took, and the lessons we learned to master the art of standing out at work.
