Dan Wiegand is a Senior Offering Manager at IBM focusing IT Operations Analytics and AI Ops for IBM Z. He is currently responsible for solutions that bring insight into IBM Z operational data by leveraging machine learning and various analytics technology. In his 23 years at IBM, he has taken multiple roles across development, architecture, and offering strategy for both IBM Z and IBM Cloud solutions. Dan has an extensive background in IT Service Management.
