Professional Background: Gonzalo was born in Madrid, Spain. He is a Computer Science Engineer living in Stuttgart, Germany. He has over 20 years of experience on the mainframe platform, with special focus on HW, VSE, Virtualization and Linux on zSystems. During his professional career he has embrace different roles in Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, People Management, Product Management and Executive Business Management working mainly with IBM and 21st Century Software. He enjoys interacting with customers, ISVs and managing teams working on solutions critical for the success of mainframe customers.
Personal hobbies: Family man (with a lovely wife and two children ages 9, 11) enjoying life in Stuttgart, Germany and what is left over of time
