"I’m proud to say that I have been with Broadcom for over 12 years now.  In my current role, I lead a global team of front-end developers.  We work on React and Angular heavily.  My team is amazing and they constantly help me learn new things and grow.  Outside of work, I was a speaker at Grace Hopper conference, SHARE and GSE.  I represented Broadcom at Broadcom Coding for Commitment STEM events.  I thoroughly enjoy traveling and love to visit mountains.  I’m married to my best friend and we have a 3 year old who is keeping us on our toes."

"In my current role, I am the engineering and support leader for RBD and CICS tools in HCL software, with around 20 years of experience in different domains. I joined IBM in 2005 as a software developer and then moved on to become QA lead for mainframe products. In 2016 I transitioned to HCL after the Intellectual Property Partnership agreement between IBM & HCL and became responsible for level 2 and level 3 support for HACP (PCOMM, HOD) and HATS. Later on I took on the role of Engineering and support leader for RBD and CICS tools – taking care of interacting with customers for defining roadmaps, and coordinating with other stakeholders for all releases of the products. She also manages the Mainframe Test CoE that takes care of manual and automation testing for all of the mainframe products in HCL Software. With a growing passion for mainframe, she has been leading several innovation projects in the mainframe space in HCL software. I am the mother of 2 teenagers who keep me on my toes with different activities."
