A great way to end your experience at GSE;  This last hour session explores how best to grow and progress your career, but also how to stay driven and optimistic in the face of setbacks.

  • About Me: Niall Ashley


    Niall is a driven individual with a demonstrative experience working across a multitude of different environments including aerospace, hardware and software engineering.

    Endeavouring to excel, he has become skilled in a diverse range of applications/roles:

    During his professional tenure (notably during employment with Airbus Group and then BMC Software, Inc.) he has also followed various working methodologies such as Agile, Kaizen and Six Sigma.

    Throughout his free time, he volunteers for the suicide prevention charity 'PAPYRUS' throughout the West Midlands, and locally at both 'Positive Thoughts' (a mental health charity) and at a RAFAC (ATC) Squadron.
    One of his main personal goals, is to champion wellbeing across local communities by improving awareness and advocating for proper support - To this end, he has undertaken numerous educational modules (including the NHS-affiliated 'eLfH' and training with 'BEAT'), all in order to better understand mental health and forms of support.
