Louis Hanna joined IBM in 1988 and the SMPO in 1996 where he continues to work today as a Worldwide Storage Software Technical Sales Specialist for Z Systems. Louis is a regular presenter at Share covering topics from tape management and storage monitoring to enabling cloud storage for mainframe workloads. Louis enjoys travel and tennis when he isn’t presenting.
