Jim Kurtz started his career in IT in 1978 as an IMS developer and DBA. He began working with DB2 in 1987 as a DBA. Jim joined BMC Software in 1995 as a Software Consultant and continues in that role today responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support for BMC’s DB2 products to commercial and government accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
