ChatGPT, as a powerful language model, can be used to provide real-time assistance and support to Mainframers, answering questions, providing guidance on troubleshooting and debugging, and even automating some routine tasks. Through this presentation, we will explore various use cases where ChatGPT can be leveraged by Mainframers, including system monitoring, performance tuning and software installation and maintenance.
