An evolution of Emulator: from Monolithic to web service

(3F)

Stream: Virtual Room 3
Time: 09:00 - 10:00

Presentation

The emulator is a commodity product in the mainframe world and has witnessed over the years revolutionary technology adoption for enhancing user experience, ameliorating performance, and detaching dependencies. IBM HACP continued improving itself to boost the user and admin experience in a rapidly changing technological era. HACP continues to segregate components that can be deployed/managed as a separate independent entity, brining green screen to non-windows platform and hand-held devices.

Let’s join the journey of IBM HACP from being Monolithic to a web services enabled, from multiple dependencies to bundled web, application server, and zero footprint emulator solutions
