He is the IBM product manager for IBM Z Workload Scheduler, IBM Z Service Automation Suite, IBM Z ChatOps, and IBM Service Management Unite. Prior to his current role, Wolfgang has been the technical leader for IBM Service Management Unite. He has worked in multiple disciplines of Systems Management, especially automated operations, business resilience and performance management. In addition, he has a strong background in user experience design as well as application development.
