This session will present the Agent Manager tool that’s been developed to solve this problem. We’ll review how the Workload Automation AgentManager centralized monitoring, reporting, administration, and upgrade capabilities address the most common challenges, thus saving time and keeping your cross-platform scheduling running smoothly.

Daniel started his career as Implementation Consultant for DMS/ECM systems. Next, he acted as an IT consultant at the Czech Academy of Sciences, where he became responsible for developing the local MIS product. As his next endeavor, Daniel joined a global fintech company as a Business Analyst, and became a Product Owner of an online loans platform for European countries shortly after. 4 years ago, he transitioned to Broadcom, where he acts as the Product Owner for ESP Workload Automation. Daniel’s favorite part of his agenda is the close collaboration with the highly-skilled professionals from the ESP development team and other cross-functional teams. He represents the voice of the customer and is keen to constantly position ESP to help our customers around the globe build, maintain, and control the workload automation that supports the needs of their business. In his spare time Daniel works on research in the area of scaled agile software development, hoping to be awarded his Phd title in the “near” future.
