Scott Chapman is the CIO at Enterprise Performance Strategies, Inc. where he helps clients around the world improve and maintain the performance of their z/OS systems. He has over three decades of experience in the IBM mainframe environment. Much of this experience has focused on performance, from both the application and systems perspective. At EPS he is one of the principal designer and developers of Pivotor™ which customers use to visualize the performance of their z/OS systems. He is also responsible for the cloud architecture that safely and securely processes terabytes SMF data every day.
