| In this highly interactive session, we will explore some common use cases for cloud object storage, as well as share other less known but equally beneficial opportunities for optimizing your cloud storage. We will also present a practical and simple strategy for container and object naming conventions and look at how container data is separated from object data. Finally we will review the benefits of consistent z/OS meta data saved with each object and overall, how this new storage tier can easily be integrated in your z/OS applications using native z/OS facilities that do not rely on virtual devices. |
