Client Services Technical Consultant - z/OS Mainframe AIOps & Automation
I graduated from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in IT and Management. My mainframe career started as a storage and system support intern before being offered my first full-time role upon graduation. I worked on the mainframe storage team for 3 years before moving to the Database Db2 team. I currently work for Broadcom as a Client Services Technical Consultant with the AIOPS Automation team and have been in this role since 2021.
