The synergy of succession planning, strategic upskilling and internal mobility provides a powerful solution to the persistent mainframe industry skills issue. This session outlines how organizations successfully identify, and mainframe upskill high-potential IT employees, then move them mainframe skilled across to mainframe roles as needed. It will cover mainframe workforce planning, optimal mainframe training methods, digital credentialing, using skills data, coaching/mentoring, conferences, and program measurement and success.
