Christy Schroeder has over 25 years of experience on the z Systems platform and has established extensive client, partner, and ISV relationships throughout her various IBM roles. From enabling ISVs on the z Systems platform, managing z/OS Development Teams, and presenting z Systems hardware to clients at the Poughkeepsie Executive Briefing Center and IBM and User Group events, she has been focused on learning and building the z ecosystem. Her current role as the Worldwide z Systems Skills Client Leader extends that focus by educating clients on the z Systems Academic Initiative offerings available to help them find, build and retain enterprise talent. Christy earned both an MS in Information Systems and an MA in Education from Marist College and earned her BS in Computer Science at the University of Denver.
