She has over 30 years of experience in performance monitoring and automation on IBM zSystems in the industry. For AI use cases, Lih has performed a variety of Proof-of-Concept projects with IBM development by taking client’s own data and showcasing the findings which could be detected to accelerate problem determination and prevention. Lih has co-authored two IBM Redbooks on AI Use Cases and Smarter Analytics.
