This presentation is all about looking at different ways to approach and tackle daunting challenges and scary moments. We are going to do this by knowing what to look out for, what things to remember and hopefully some useful tips to help you save the day.
Over 10 years experience in the mainframe space mostly, as a systems programmer but also as an operator.
