The IBM Z Ambassador programme is a scheme for university students looking to learn about mainframe technology and represent the z platform on campus. Ambassadors receive special training and are part of a global network of learners getting involved with the platform and have regular talks with technology leaders. Participants are appointed for one year and support other students to engage with the IBM z technologies.
This session provides an opportunity for the new IBM z Ambassadors appointed in 2024 to introduce themselves to each other and to the IBM z community. Ambassadors from UK universities will introduce themselves and present their plans for the year. There will be time to learn more about the programme, to meet the ambassadors and ask them questions.
