Presentation

Join us to learn how the largest mainframe services provider in the world is running its mainframe capacity management practice. When the time came for Kyndryl to upgrade their performance and capacity planning software, it seemed no product currently on the market fit their diverse and vast business needs. So rather than compromising on their capacity planning standards, Kyndryl enlisted IBM and 21CS to develop a product that integrates with the enterprise-wide data for Kyndryl’s vast mainframe customer base, while also providing automation, cost saving features, and assurance of peak performance. As a feature of the Kyndryl Bridge, the standardized digital platform for core capabilities supporting client specific integrations, izPCA provides the solution for performance and capacity planning for Kyndryl’s entire customer basse.
